LeadLine Terms of Service
Last updated: [DATE]
These terms cover your use of the LeadLinewebsite and service, operated by Lumara Systems ("we," "us"). By using the site or service, you agree to them.
The paid service
If you become a paying client, your use of LeadLine is governed by the separate Service Agreementyou sign at sign-up, which controls scope, fees, liability, and termination. These website terms apply in addition, and the Service Agreement controls if there's any conflict.
What LeadLine does
LeadLine is an AI phone receptionist that answers calls, captures lead details, and notifies the business owner. It is capture-only: it does not quote prices, diagnose tree problems, book appointments, or provide emergency or 911 services.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and only for your own business.
- You're responsible for complying with applicable laws for any messaging you direct, including the TCPA.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.
No guarantee of results
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee a specific number of calls, leads, or revenue. Any figures shown on our website (including the cost calculator) are illustrative estimates, not promises.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lumara Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed or mis-handled calls, lost leads, or outages of third-party providers. For paying clients, the Service Agreement's liability cap applies.
Intellectual property
The LeadLine platform, software, and brand are owned by Lumara Systems. Clients receive a limited license to use the service during their subscription.
